As you lay back and relax, the sound frequencies, attuned to 432hz: the natural frequency of the earth will wash over you, bringing your system into balance. In some Sound Healing Ceremonies, Holly also offers AcuDetox, a powerful 5-point auricular acupuncture treatment that’s renowned for its ability to regulate the nervous system, detoxify major organs, and promote deep internal healing. AcuDetox can improve sleep quality, help process stuck emotions, and alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD.

When these two modalities are combined, you can drop even deeper into a state of receivership and fully surrender to the wisdom of your body. When you feel safe within yourself, your body has an incredible ability to heal.

Healing the Heart from Chaos

A ceremony to open and heal the heart

A deeply transformative ritual designed to help you release old patterns of “love” and reconnect to the love you truly deserve. This experience guides you through grief, pain, and disconnection that may be blocking the true magic of your heart.

We begin in a Rose Tea Circle to ease into the space, then move through a Heart-Awakening Breathwork practice to energize and open your heart. Sounding and Sensual Somatic Activation helps you connect fully to present emotions and sensations. A Daoist Breast-Massage Ritual offers energetic or physical release, followed by a Sound Healing Journey to anchor the transformation and support a shift from surviving love to receiving love.

Nudity is optional and fully supported; you are invited to engage in the rituals in the way that feels safe and celebratory for you. Every step includes alternatives and permission to change your mind.

Sacred Rage Ritual: Angelica Alchemy

Unleash your Feminine Rage

This transformative ceremony begins by honoring the herbal root Angelica Archangelica through an intention-setting ritual, calling on her protective and guiding energy to support you as you release and unwind. (Angelica is non-psychoactive and safe for sobriety.)

Next, we move into a Rage Ritual, using breath, sound, and intentional movement to awaken and release repressed emotions. Shaking, sounding, and physical expression create space for deep healing, liberation, and a reconnection to your innate power—balanced with pauses for grounding and resourcing.

The ceremony closes with Sound Healing and a Closing Circle, integrating the release, restoring balance, and sealing the energy of the evening.
